How will my parcel be sent? We use Australia post to deliver all orders. At checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard Postage or Express Postage. This only applies to the postage option, NOT the processing time. If you select Express Post, it WILL NOT mean your order will jump to the top of the line. Choose your option carefully. This price includes the packaging of your Arna+Co. products, post box/satchel and tracking.
Local Pickup -
We offer local pickup at The Stemmery in Ayr. To have your order delivered here, please use the discount code LOCAL at checkout. This will remove your postage costs, and lets me know you would like to pick it up. We drop orders into the Stemmery once per week and you will recieve an email or text message from me when your order is ready to be picked up.
PLEASE NOTE - Local pickup is for earrings only. It cannot be used for candles, bath bombs or perfumes. Only earrings. If you place an order for products other than earrings and use this code, we will need to post your order and you will be invoiced the postage fees.
How long will it take for my order to be processed? Please allow 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted. We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control. If you choose the Express Postage option, this DOES NOT speed up the processing time and does not allow you to jump the cue. Orders are processed in the order that we receive them. Again, keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel. By fulfilling an order with Arna+Co. you have acknowledged that you are aware of this information.
Combining Orders -
We would be happy to combine your orders. Please send us an email or DM on instagram as soon as possible with your order numbers. We will then refund you your excess postage upon fulfilment of your order. We can only combine orders if they have not already been fulfilled so please contact us as early as possible.
